Black Venom Company Policies

1. General Policies

• Black Venom operates in compliance with minimum federal, state, and local laws.
• The company reserves the right to serve any individual.

2. Returns & Refunds

• Returns are accepted within 10 business days of receipt.
• Items must be unopened and in original packaging for an exchange, store credit, or refund.
• Returns must be completed within 10 business days of RMA issuance.
• Opened items can be returned if deemed defective.
• Non-returnable products include:
  • Custom orders
  • “As is” or used products
  • Installed or used items
  • Certain electronic devices
• For defective or flawed products, refer to the manufacturer’s warranty policies.
• Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returns, including tracking and insurance; Black Venom is not responsible for lost or damaged items in transit.

3. Used Firearms

• Descriptions for used firearms are based on actual items and marked accordingly.
• Sales of used firearms are final; no in-house testing will be done.
• A clear and accurate description will be provided to the best of our abilities.

4. General Firearm Sales

• All sales of firearms, magazines, and restricted items comply with federal, state, and local laws.
• Firearms are shipped only to licensed FFL dealers.
• Customers must check local laws before ordering.
• New firearms come with manufacturer’s packaging, accessories, and warranty.

5. Customer Service

• For order issues, inquiries, or general questions, customers can use live chat or the contact form on the website.

6. Order Fulfillment

• Orders are shipped within 3-10 business days via UPS, FedEx, or USPS, with tracking provided for UPS and FedEx.
• Special orders must be picked up within 90 days; otherwise, they will be considered abandoned.

7. Online Price & Description Errors

• Online inventory is subject to change; errors in descriptions or prices are not guaranteed. Disputes to be heard and results decided by Black Venom.
• Black Venom reserves the right to refuse orders with errors and will not charge or will refund customers in such cases.

8. Ammunition Purchases

• Buyers must be 18 years old for rifle/shotgun ammunition and 21 years old for handgun ammunition.
• Ammunition is shipped with adult signature required and is non-returnable and non-refundable.

9. Transfers

• Black Venom accepts transfers from other dealers and bears no responsibility for inaccurate or damaged orders.
• Steps for transfer:
  1. Contact Black Venom.
  2. Coordinate shipment with the transferring dealer (require FFL documentation).
  3. Wait for contact regarding receipt of the firearm.
  4. Schedule an appointment for transfer.
  5. Complete transfer paperwork.
• Mandatory items for transfer include a current driver’s license and supplementary government documentation if necessary. Bringing a concealed carry permit can waive the federal background check.

10. Fees for Transfers

• $20 for rifles and single handguns.
• $30 for multiple handguns (2 or more in one transaction).
• $10/day storage fee after 30 days if prior arrangements are not made.
• When storage fees exceed the paid value of the product, the product becomes the property of Black Venom LLC.
